Frequently asked questions
The summit is free. Why would I pay for the bundle?
The free ticket gives you the 14 pre-recorded classes for 24 hours each, on the day they're released. The bundle gives you those same classes immediately and forever, plus the entire live side of the weekend — 9 live classes, 9 challenges with Justine and Laurel, the Open Crops and both parties — none of which is included with a free ticket. Plus the workbook and $305 in speaker bonuses.
When do I get access?
Immediately. As soon as you check out you'll get an email with your login, and all 14 pre-recorded classes are already unlocked — you don't have to wait for October 2nd, and you don't have to watch anything at 9:00 AM.
How long do I have access?
Forever. The classes, the workbook, the bonuses and the recordings of every live session stay in your account. Plenty of our attendees are still working through last year's.
Do I have to show up live?
No. Every live class, challenge and party is recorded and added to your account, so you can watch on your own time. Showing up live is more fun — you can ask questions and see what everyone else is making — but nothing is lost if you can't.
What if I'm busy that whole weekend?
Then the bundle is honestly the version you want. You can start watching today, and everything from October 2–4 lands in your account whether you're there or not.
How do I claim the speaker bonuses?
They live inside your account alongside the classes. Some are instant downloads, some are links to redeem with the speaker directly — full instructions are on the bonuses page you'll see after you log in.
Do I need Facebook to take part?
No. There's an optional attendee group if you enjoy that kind of thing, but every class, live event and bonus is delivered through your account and by email. You'll never miss anything by skipping Facebook.
Are the classes captioned?
Yes — closed captions are included on the pre-recorded classes.
Do I need a huge stash of supplies?
No. That's the whole point of Stress Free Cardmaking. Our instructors teach with supplies you're likely to already own, and you'll get the supply lists in advance so you can shop your own stash before you buy anything.
