Where do I watch the classes?
It depends which ticket you have.
- Free ticket: each day’s classes appear on the summit schedule page, and we email you a link every morning of the summit. Nothing to log in to — just click and watch inside your 24-hour window.
- Ultimate Cardmaking Bundle: everything lives in the Classroom, all unlocked, all yours to keep. Log in to the Classroom.

How do I log in to the Classroom?
- Go to stressfreecardmaking.com/classroom.
- Enter the email address you used when you bought your bundle — this matters, because your access is tied to that exact address.
- Enter your password. Set one from the welcome email if you have not yet, or reset it using video 3 above.
Tip: bookmark the Classroom page the first
time you get in. It saves hunting through your inbox later.
I never got my welcome email. What now?
Almost always it has landed in spam, promotions or a filtered folder. Search your inbox for stressfreecardmaking rather than scrolling — it finds mail your inbox has tucked away.
If it is genuinely not there, it is usually a typo in the email address at checkout or registration. Email us at hello@stressfreecardmaking.com and tell us the name you signed up with, and we will find you and fix it.
While you are in your inbox, add that address to your contacts so the summit emails come straight through.
When does everything actually happen?
- Thursday, October 1, 4:00 PM Eastern — Kickoff Party. Everyone is welcome, free ticket or paid.
- Friday, October 2 — Day One: Clean & Simple
- Saturday, October 3 — Day Two: Techniques
- Sunday, October 4 — Day Three: Fun Folds
Live days run 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern. Every time on the site is Eastern Time, so please convert to your own timezone before you plan your day.
Access & timing
Watching the classes
The 24-hour window is the single thing people ask about most. Here it is, plainly.
How long do I have to watch each class?
24 hours, on the dot. Each day’s
classes open at 9:00 AM Eastern and close at
9:00 AM Eastern the next morning.
- Day One classes: 9:00 AM ET Fri Oct 2 → 9:00 AM ET Sat Oct 3
- Day Two classes: 9:00 AM ET Sat Oct 3 → 9:00 AM ET Sun Oct 4
- Day Three classes: 9:00 AM ET Sun Oct 4 → 9:00 AM ET Mon Oct 5
Once a window closes, that day’s classes come down. The Ultimate Cardmaking Bundle is the only way to keep them.

Can I download the classes and watch them later?
The classes are for streaming, not downloading. With a free ticket you watch inside the 24-hour window; with the Ultimate Cardmaking Bundle you stream them from the Classroom whenever you like, for as long as the Classroom exists.
The printable extras — workbook pages, supply lists, speaker freebies — are yours to download and keep either way.
Do I have to be there live?
No. The 14 pre-recorded classes are watch-whenever-you-like inside their 24-hour windows, so you can fit them around your own weekend.
The live sessions — the live classes, the challenges and the Open Crops — are part of the Ultimate Cardmaking Bundle, and bundle holders can catch the replays in the Classroom afterwards.
When something goes wrong
Troubleshooting
Three hiccups account for nearly every support email we get. Each one takes about a minute to sort out.
It says I am not enrolled in this Classroom
This one looks alarming and almost never is. It usually means you are logged in with a different email address than the one your bundle was bought under, or the page has cached an older login.
Video 2 above walks through the fix step by step — it is the fastest way to sort it. The short version:
- Log fully out of the site, then log back in.
- Check the email address you are using is the one you bought with.
- Refresh the Classroom page.

I forgot my password / my login will not work
Video 3 above shows the whole reset, start to finish.
- On the login page, click Lost your password?
- Enter the email address you signed up with.
- Open the reset email and choose a new password. Check spam if it does not appear within a few minutes.
If the reset email never arrives, the address on your
account is probably not the one you are typing. Email us and we will check.
The video is asking me to prove I am not a bot
Some free-ticket viewers see a message on the video asking them to confirm they are not a robot. It comes from YouTube, not from us, and there is a one-click way past it.
- Hover your mouse over the video.
- Click the Watch on YouTube button in the bottom-right corner of the player.
- The class opens on YouTube and plays there as normal.
The 24-hour access window still applies when you watch on
YouTube — the video comes down at 9:00 AM Eastern the next morning
either way.
The video will not play at all
Before you write in, these clear it up nine times out of ten:
- Refresh the page — the most boring fix, and the most effective.
- Try a different browser. Chrome and Safari are the safest bets.
- Turn off any ad blocker or VPN for this site, and switch off private or incognito mode.
- If you are on a work or school network, try your phone on mobile data instead — some networks block video.
- Check the clock. If it is past 9:00 AM Eastern the following morning, that day’s window has closed.
Missed one?
What if I missed a class as a free ticket holder?
Once a day’s 24-hour window closes, those classes come down and we cannot reopen them individually. The only way back in is the Ultimate Cardmaking Bundle — it unlocks all 14 classes the moment you upgrade, including every one you missed, and they are yours to keep for life.
